To be honest Stevo, over the course of your life you are almost certain to need to pay more in the US. It's a shiity system that no country should emulate. There are better insurance based models to follow.

I'm not arguing it's the best, just making the point that an annual premium of $7.5k is as bad as it seems for someone who pays a fair bit of tax in the UK. This isn't a wider debate about the relative merits etc. Not for me anyway.

20 CIA and FBI Agents have now confirmed Barack Obama worked with our old CIA Director to create the fake Russia Hoax and then “locked it away in a CIA vault for almost a decade”

I dont believe a few photos implicate him

As I understand it, Trump has never smoked, drinks alcohol or done drugs.

He tends to leave parties early

He doesn't grab people by the p***y either or go back stage at a pageant and to oggle or just 'grab them and kiss them'...

Since the 1970s, at least 25 women have publicly accused Donald Trump of rape, kissing and groping without consent; looking under women's skirts; and walking in on naked teenage pageant contestants. Trump has denied all of the allegations. He has a history of insulting and belittling women when speaking to the media and on social media,[1][2] and has made lewd comments about women, disparaged their physical appearance, and referred to them using derogatory epithets.[2][3][4]

In October 2016, two days before the second presidential debate with Hillary Clinton, a 2005 "hot mic" recording surfaced in which Trump was heard saying that "when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. ... Grab 'em by the pussy."[5] The incident's widespread media exposure led to Trump's first public apology during the campaign[6] and caused outrage across the political spectrum.[7]

You talk out of your @rse.

You do understand that Epstein wasn't convicted of staying up late or taking drugs, don't you?

''And as I understand it'', he personally provided funds to the IRA. I've never smoked or ''done drugs''. I don't use alcohol either. However I don't fund or support violence or terrorism.

Through income tax, you contribute to the NHS on an annual basis.
If I said 'okay, I want £xK on top for medical insurance', you would probably feel aggrieved.

Ever heard of BUPA? Luckily my company pays and I get seen way quicker for things like my collar bone break than if it was on the NHS.
