This could get interesting...

"Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the makers of Tylenol, claiming the companies hid alleged dangers that the drug posed to children's brain development.
The lawsuit comes a month after President Donald Trump promoted an unproven link between taking Tylenol - also known as paracetamol - during pregnancy and autism in children."

It is indeed bonkers, but doomed to fail? I wouldn't be so sure.
It will take years and potentially several attorney generals to work it's way through the courts. Drug companies have deep pockets. They will counter sue. The numbers will be eye watering.

It is bonkers. Also utterly doomed to fail.
Is it possible that failing in court is the point? Good way to have it looked at, get expert witnesses to testify under oath and for it to get rejected hence highlighting Trump/JFR Jr's "findings" as twaddle from fools.

Who knows. But the reputational damage will be considerable and measurable, and ultimately the inevitable settlement will come from public funds.

Very much doubt it as Ken Paxton is MAGA and a Trump supporter.

I see it as the usual Trump tactic of causing his "enemies" trouble. Even if he does not win the legal action has a chilling effect, persuading others that it is better not to disagree with him.

Donald Trump Confuses Dementia Screening for 'Very Hard' IQ Test as He Brags About Results

Keep up, Mr P. https://ncap.cyclechat.net/threads/donald-i-emperor-of-the-world.699/page-564#post-143648

What made it even funnier (more alarming) that he said he'd beat both Jasmine Crockett and AOC in this 'IQ' test, if they had a competition trying to remember giraffes & stuff. Probably more apposite would be if he could remember if he's already had a Big Mac that day, or been to the toilet for a number 2.
