I don't suppose they will, but the NTHP ought to threaten to sue contractors that have aided and abetted Trump, as a way of indicating that there can be consequences in taking the Organge Shitgibbon's dime: it was clearly an illegal demolition under all sorts of statutes, which the most cursory research would have indicated, and they were/are accessories.

It will be very interesting to see how he responds. He has said that he respects the decisions of the SC, but perhaps he assumed they would always do what he wants.

Will he place himself above the SC? If so that will be another slide down the slippery slope to autocracy.
