No it isn't. See my post above. Robert Garcia and others have not given up. Nor has the MAGA base who were promised the release of the files. Rogan Josh, Shapiro, Jones et all are still talking about it and their audience are MAGA.

I don't know how peaceful protest plays into his hands. A fair point had it spilled into riots like after George Floyd was murdered by police.
