The thing that Trump left out is that Killips didn't set the race record. The race record was set by a "biological woman" as you put it, who was over a day faster than Killips. You can fact check when it suits you, as you did with the Tesla dealer arson photo.

He mentioned that one of the questions involved identifying a picture of an elephant. Trump proudly stated that he "aced" the test and challenged Joe Biden to take the same test.

Actually the race record was taken later that year by a 'biological man' who identifies as a 'man', in other words a cisgender male.
