There is no statute of limitations for murder, and Trump has only 3 years to go. I do not think the individuals involved should necessarily sleep soundly.

The criminals further up will be fine though, unfortunately.

I doubt any documents will be left around naming those responsible. The shredders will be out in the months before the election (like in every despotic regime as it’s collapsing) unless of course they are convinced they won’t lose the election.
