Stepping back from details, does anybody anywhere in the world think that within the Epstein "circle" Epstein himself was the only person committing abuse? Yet my impression is US are focusing on covering up as much as they can rather than identifying others involved. UK Police avoid the crimes deciding to not even investigate.

No, but I do think that there are people who were connected who weren't connected for the abuse aspect. He was a financier and a networker. He tried to make it so that his parties were the best ways to informally and privately network with people. Especially if your discussion was a bit dodgy.
