On further trade issues. I read that American trade delegates are basically begging all countries to supply them with eggs at a “fair” price in order to get enough, and lower prices.
Two things.
1. You can’t ask countries to do you “a solid” while in a trade war.
2. Lowering prices will make American farmers lose money and go out of business. Increasing the reliance on imports.

Way to go Dumpster.

I agree. The Canadians seem to consider anything made in the US as radio active. I would love them to also turn off the oil, aluminium supply and car parts supply too for 2 months. Detroit would shut down in 3 weeks.
I think in Europe a lot of people are also trying to avoid US products where possible too. Unfortunately Kraft foods own both Cadburys and Toblerone! Maybe I need to move to Lindt!

I've just got this sneaking suspicion that King Brian might not be that keen on the notion. But as King Don has probably just made this up, it's probably not going to be in his inbox anyway. Maybe the next move will be to suggest that the UK should be the 52nd State. Or at least Scotland, and then Putin can have the rest.
