And another loss in the courts by the dictator's Department of Justice.
Among the many executive orders signed was one barring certain law firms from accessing government departments, withdrawing security clearances and threatening the withdrawal of federal contracts already held. This was purely revenge by the Führer, as these were firms who acted on behalf of people or organisations he doesn't like. - Perkins Coie who had brought this action, had represented the Democratic party in 2016 and implemented DEI policies which he is against.
Judge Beryl Howell has now struck down this order.

I think that the Supreme Court is going on scheduled leave for three months, so Trump won't be able to go running to Alito & Thomas to try to counter the various state and federal court judges' judgements against his blatantly illegal EOs.

It's his usual way of working.

1 I'm the victim
2 Accuse others of what I am doing
3 Have a chilling effect on those who might speak up for justice

They always could try for an emergency motion.
There are currently 7 pending, 5 of which are directly related to the current administration's activities. I would have thought this list is likely to be added to from other removal cases in the pipeline, given the administration's disregard for due process.

US President Donald Trump has denied that he is considering running for a third presidential term, a move which experts agree is banned under the US Constitution.

Presumably this is because he is aiming to be God-King at the end of the second term, thus re-election is not needed.

They barely made it in time to catch World War 1.

While he’s making grand claims, he can rename March 29th 1973, Surrender Day. They definitely own that

Perhaps March 29th 1973 can be renamed Bone Spur Day...

The Constitution would like a word, given Trump has twice sworn an oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States"
