I don’t have an issue with the mother being kept alive to preserve a child, if it’s the families choice, but the grandmother says.

World stopped talking a out him. Israel taken centre stage not Trump. The Ramaphosa ambush was meant to switch focus back to Trump but Ramaphosa handled it well and world moved on too quickly. He needs world to focus on him (again).
