This is why insurance companies have been vertically integrating the whole system, from the dispensary chemist, GPs, health clinics. All bought and paid for.

$16 for a prescription the insurance want $124. Each of those involved in the chain get a cut, and the insurance gets probably double the profit from the same drug bought privately over the counter.

My understanding was that the program wasn't broadcast in the US, wasn't streamed in the US and wasn't available in the US through iPlayer (my understanding from Today an interviewee on the Today program (BBC) this morning).
