On November 26, 2025, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissed the historic racketeering (RICO) indictment in its entirety.

I imagine the six will make the most of any action they can, as it'll only reinforce their message to the troops and public.

Senator Kelly said he had been shot at, was in the vicinity of bombs going off multiple times and he's doesn't fear bone spurs Trump.

I’m no expert but a response like that seems completely psychopathic.

It reminds me slightly of someone I know who, in a much less harmful but equally annoying way, would turn every single conversation back to him and how he was feeling. Without fail. Even a greeting of "Good morning!" would be returned with something like "I wish it were... you've no idea what I'm going through...", and if he asked you "How are you?", it was only in the hope that you'd return the question, so he could tell you at great length.

Fortunately he wasn't POTUS.

I went the other way while in Canada as I knew that they weren’t interested in the reply. When asked how I was doing I would respond “terminal cancer”. Very few picked up on it.
The difference is I was looking for the response, not the attention.
