And another thing……

Their broadcast ‘Jan 6th capital riots’ was a disgrace.

They are in a right mess (which is just where Trump would like them to be). I still wonder how much Gibb & Davie are 'suggesting' the tone of reporting, either out of cowardice, or because of sympathies.

Maybe O'D thinks he's giving a wink to his readers, but it's deeply unhelpful, as it reads like he's excusing him
I suspect this is probably exactly how he intended it. I do agree the ambiguity is not helpful. I also don't believe that in such cases there is a need for "balance" as the BBC always likes to say. It is possible for a news outlet to make it quite clear what Trump is doing without the need to qualify it.

Facts are facts. Opinions are largely irrelevant.

More "balance". This time from LBC, as suggested above.

Fúck me, that's a spoof of itself. Trying to rationalise utter madness. Pathetic.

I suppose the Mad King Donald thing keeps Epstein away from the headlines. Though I think he needs to tone it down now.

With regard to his Peace Commission or what ever he calls it, aparently if a country wants to remain on it after the first 3 years, it will cost them $1bn, paid to on DJ Trump!

Yes and he sees no problem with Ukraine and Russia being on this 'board'.

If a country defaults, will they they get hit with the tariff stick?

BBC's Frank Gardiner gave a pretty honest assessment of Trump on R5 this morning and the damage he is doing.

It feels like there's a dam that should break, if not in the US because of the cowardice of the corporate US media, but elsewhere. It would be good for that reason if the BBC would set a good example.
