That's an old, but ongoing story. Centres on the custody of Ungaro and Zampolini's child.
It's not often that custody is given to the father but in this case the father is MAGA and the mother is a foreigner.

Well known as being clean in every sense. I can't believe how grimy everything has started looking around here since they stopped mining and burning the stuff.

Can somebody more familiar with how US Government works explain: I appreciate this would have to get through the Senate (which apparently it won't) and that even then the President can veto it. But I thought longer term Trümp is dependent on Congress (both the House of Representatives and the Senate) for military budgets. So whilst the vote re war powers won't have any immediate effect does it represent that longer term Trūmp's warmongering might become constrained through Congress imposed funding limits?

Or does Congress only get to set an overall budget and Trūmp decides what it's spent on (eg he could spend it on invading allies rather than securing California)?
