Tbf that is probably the case in virtually every election. If the electorate are happy with their lot under the incumbent party they are very unlikely to vote for the opposition.

I think the point is that voting against the incumbents is different to voting for the opposition.
Same outcome, different expectations.

Three Russian shadow fleet tanker loaded with Russian diesel have altered course and won't be shipping to the US coast. The "Agioi Fenandes" (IMO: 9798375) and "Talisman" (IMO: 9292060) switched their destination to "For Orders", meaning that they are actively looking for buyers. The "Leruo" (MO: 9385831) has set course for Brazil, while also looking for buyers. Source is "Marinetraffic". It looks like that the Trump-Putin scheme has fallen apart the moment the midterms were lost for Trump. What a surprise..
