The joke wasn't bad in the scheme of things but Dorries did immediately use it as an excuse to snipe at Sunak, thus proving his point.

Is she kind of right but for the wrong reasons though? Of course tech companies do have the means to manipulate search results but in her case I think it was just personalisation as she was logged in.

I know she's stupid but I think even she knows that the 'dial' wouldn't be a literal dial.
