Round of applause for the caption.
Does not take away that's is wrong that Trump(and many presidents before him) are bypassing the function of congress by using executive orders. They where not intended for this and it should have been adressed long time ago.Indeed, the Senate seems to have as much clout as a parish council these days. All their own doing.

I haven't read the entire thread (apologies), have we considered that possibility that Greenland is a handy distraction tactic to focus EU/Nato away from Ukraine?
If that is the case, I'm not sure if that plays one way or the other, particularly.
This is where I don't know enough about US legislative procedures. Trûmp can deface as much paper as he likes with his sharpie but it’s US military who will need to actually do any invading and the military are sworn to obey the law not obey Trųmp. Trūmp might be Commander-in-Chief but all ranks are responsible for only obeying legal orders.Yeah nice and all but over the past year i don't think i'm far off if i say Trump has made over 90% off his decisions by executive order bypassing congress, and many US laws in the process let alone international laws.
I agree it's possible. Also possible it just feeds his narcissism as other NATO leaders rush around trying to make him happy whilst the rest of the world just talks about Trũmp.I haven't read the entire thread (apologies), have we considered that possibility that Greenland is a handy distraction tactic to focus EU/Nato away from Ukraine?

But he's still got to find an "exit" when he doesn't get Greenland. After all he's said he'll look even more of a fool when Greenland outsmart his explicit requirements of ownership. So he'll meed some sort of reason for US ownership no longer being so crucial.
Maybe all those Fentanyl factories in Greenland ...He seems to have given up on Canadia for the time being as being absolutely 'must have' for the US.
Interesting!
