Their *sole* criterion is to outrage (win!!!) at best, or just provoke a reaction, and the best way to do either is by posting either stuff like racism, sexism, etc, or simply illogical bollocks that winds up even those with half a brain who can see it's illogical bollocks (I think that will be my band name).
The whole Trump thing is to wind up as many non-Trumpists as possible, and racist illogical bollocks ticks every box.

That's exactly it. It really is a dumbest cult. I suspect some of them start it thinking it's just a bit of a jape, but slowly but surely their brain goes to an addled cultbrain, with X being the main agent, as it validates each step.
I genuinely think that if Trump called on them to kill themselves for him, a significant proportion would, rather than be able to deal with the possibility that they've been brainwashed.

He was calling the recent bombing campaign the greatest in history. He has absolutely no knowledge of the dam busters or the Vulcan bombing at Port Stanley. Both of which were far more impressive than bombing from 50000 feet with laser guided bombs.
