Billionaire owner claiming non-dom status for a newspaper not registered in the UK.
I bet 90% of Daily Heil readers are not aware of that.
It really shows how News is often simply a business and used for capital gain.

I didn't know anything about the owner of the DM but a quick google shows it to be Daily Mail and General Trust plc, a UK resident company.

But anyway, news has always been a business in most countries at least. What would you prefer it to be - some type of state provided service, Russia or North Korea style?

He claims to be a millionaire. He claims he is not a fascist. I see no evidence that he is a millionaire, only evidence that he is a braggard and a fascist.

On the available evidence of what he is and is not - there is only available evidence is that he is what says he is not. Therefore it seems unlikely that he is what he says he is (a millionaire). Fascists seem two a penny these days, while those who say they support the fascists say that they are disenfranchised. Millionaires are not disenfranchised. So my conclusion stands, in all probability he just another Poundland fascist gullible and selfish fool.

Non-doms do pay tax in the UK - on their UK earnings - and in some cases now on their overseas earnings.

Correct re: the overseas earnings part. Paying tax on their UK earnings has been true for some time.
