So sorry to read that you lost your son, Oldwheels. It just seems against the natural order of things for a child to go first, no matter their age. I can imagine the endless coverage in the news at the moment could be a bit upsetting in some ways.

It was 5 years ago but yes you do expect to die before your children. He had heart and lung problems after what I suspect was an overdose of radiation for another problem when a teenager. Nobody’s fault really as the treatment was still new and a bit experimental I think. He had a good life mostly tho’.
