Funny how you find the protection of words has become more important than the protection of people. Words change definition all the time. Fashion changes all the time. Cultures change all the time. Societies evolve. You haven't.

At one time the word 'boy' did not exist. In fact all young boys were called girls. Also girls were called girls. The distinction was that male girls were called ''knave girls'' and female girls were called ''gay girls''.

Babies and young children were dressed in white because white clothes could be easily bleached. Later stereotypes emerged for clothing colour, boys were dressed in pink, and girls were dressed in blue - because blue was considered a more delicate colour.

Next thing you'll be arguing that women should not be called ''human'' because this term is suggestive of them being men.

True, but sex identity and gender identity often overlap. How society treats women is based on the roles that they play - much of it legacy nonsense I'll grant you, but it persists. Men wash the car, mow the grass etc etc while women stay at home at press the buttons on the washing machine, dishwasher, or microwave and hand out gobstoppers to stop the kids from talking.

Yes, reproductive pathways - and that's it - and then as you say there is no strict binary. In fact the sperm count of men is declining because of environmental factors. Researchers have found alarming amounts of microplastics in testes. At some point the human race faces extinction through self-sterilisation, thought the human race is just about stupid enough to cause its own demise before then.

Trans people do not transition to reproduce, no more than I had any intention to reproduce. That's why it's largely irrelevant. We don't wander about in society reproducing everywhere or in the workplace toilets as the general rule.

Gender roles and stereotypes change. The biggest gamechanger for women was the washing machine. Technology has empowered women.

Reproduction is a woman's right to choose.

But you are another who needs to be reminded that not every thread is a fresh opportunity for your hobby.
