no doubt this will upset some and there will be some who will claim the law is not the law despite the Supreme court Ruling.

People may however consider how the Supreme Court ruling applies to them.

I may just continue to call it milk.

Interesting post Ian. I am used to tits delivering milk, and the reverse process of tits pilfering milk on my doorstep. The pecking of seals being present in both cases. The question invited is, if a bottle foil can't foil a tit, what foil can foil a skua?

I am more in sympathy with the poor (female) Elephant seals, a Gull, Skua, Sheathbill at their nipples, makes even a man shudder 😂

Does the ruling mean they cannot display it alongside milk?, I would have thought it meant that the manufacturer could not call it Milk, on the advertising and packaging?

I suspect where you store it is not part of the requirement eg my Waitrose (and every other supermarket) stores the youghat I buy in the "milk fridges" despite it being clearly labelled and sold as "dairy free".
