Also, as we are on poetry, Henry Morris composed this short ode:
The Parable Of The Old Man And The Young
So Starmer rose, and clave the vote, and went,
And took the Party with him, and a hope.
And as they sojourned both of them together,
The ‘low-skilled’ carer spake and said, Keir Starmer,
Behold the preparations, White and Paper,
But where the plan for this new offering?
Then Starmer bound the nurse with slurs and lies,
and builded fantasies of England there,
And stretchèd forth the law to oust the help.
When lo! an angel called him out of Bevan,
Saying, Lay not thy hand upon our friend,
Neither do anything to him. Behold,
Reform, caught in a madness by its spleen;
Oppose bilious hate instead of him.
But Starmer would not so, but waved The Sun,
And banished loyal nurses, one by one.
