This is a local election. The Greens are offering to try and help people. Reform are offering to help themselves.
The Greens have a local plumber as their candidate. She wants to bring people together to improve the area and build social cohesion.
Reform have a right wing xenophobic agitator and Orban fanboy who has never been further north than Birmingham. He wants to be famous, make loads of cash from X, GBeebies and other social media type sites and is only it it for himself.
Forget national policies. They don't matter in a local election.
I think you are probably right.
In a bye election you bite your lip and vote for the least worst.
