Sorry for being too literal but, in the context of the post quoted is "realest" meant to be a play on the term "real estate"? It must be, surely.

Occasionally he does come up with a surprising word (not in the 'cofveve' category), and I have a feeling I might have heard him use 'egregious' in an interview (and being surprised myself). But mostly his vocab is that of a ten-year-old (with apologies to ten-year-olds).
