I suppose, but there's no overlap so it doesn't work at all. A pig can be called a hog, but a hedge cannot. A hedgehog can I suppose be found under (but arguably not in) a hedge, but a pig cannot. That doesn't work either. The word hog connects pig and hedge, but there would not be any overlap in a Venn diagram purporting to illustrate that relationship.

So it's a clever cartoon if you don't understand Venn diagrams. And if you do, you wouldn't get the joke.

It boils down to the use of the word pig. I do not use the word hog for a pig. Do many?
I imagine this is the root of the disconnect, even if it is a failing.

Is it my imagination, but has he been changing his accent from his posh one? Dropping T's and shortening his A's ("staff"). Just a year ago...
