Almost seems unfair parading the inconsistent utterances of a man with no short term memory left (and who misremembered 'incursion' as 'excursion'), but given he's the one threatening the entire planet, and the House & Senate don't seem to be able to stop him, then ridiculing his senility is fair game now.
