What the f*ck kind of question is that?

Sturgeon could rag anything round the Mull Rally and she'd get criticised for her choice of car.

Seemed a pretty reasonable question to me, ie is the fact that Prescott behaved in a given way a recommendation.

I have zero interest in Nicola's choice of car.

In Scottish law nothing goes automatically to your spouse. I had to make sure my brother wasn't the beneficiary, should I get hit by a car.

In Scottish Law you cannot fully disinherit either your spouse or any of your children. Your spouse has a legal right to claim half your moveable estate (cash, shares etc but not property).
If you don't have a will your spouse would get her legal rights plus any heritable property up to a certain value.

After a bit of an expensive argument, yes. It since property is where most wealth resides it still isn't great.

But she could still claim that even if you wrote a will leaving your entire estate to the Cat Protection League.
An estate in Scotland can't get confirmation until anyone who could claim legal rights has either claimed or waived them.
I'm currently going through this at the moment, just not with my estate.

Did you type that with a straight face?

An investigation, a proportionate level of scrutiny, has shown up f*ck all on her part.

She's died by the sword through no actual fault of her own.

But aye, she's the one to blame here.

Sake.

The criminal is Peter Murrell.

It is alleged that she stonewalled for 7 hours in her police interview. She is legally entitled to give a no comment interview of course but it doesn't give the impression of transparency does it? A bit like when the Covid enquiry discovered she'd been deleting all her Whatsapps.

Dearie me. The Record?

You're aware of their standing in journalistic capabilities?

Actually the story didn't originally appear in The Record but it's covered here in The Independent where she doesn't deny it and says she was following legal advice (hope the Independent is a reputable enough source for you?)

Why didn't you go with The Independent article then? Who are at least vaguely trustworthy.

Because when I posted about it I said "it was alleged" as it had been widely publicised. Do you now accept the claim was true? The picture of her as Manuel on the cover of The Record came to me on a whatsapp, I assumed it was a Photoshop job. It is funny though isn't it?

No, to the true tubthumpers up there, ridiculing Sturgeon is like insulting the Pope.

Not really. It's a hasty and sh!te job that is pretty much the standard for them. But hey ho. We'll leave that aside.

What claim? That she didn't know what her bellend of a husband was doing behind her back?

As I've said previously, Sturgeon and the SNP are the victims here.

Peter Murrell is a tw*t, should be the headline.
