Offshore wind projects are closing down. Inflation and interest rates the cause

Whether this means more onshore am unsure, the same being to whether it reduces the barkingly mad offshore costs on all our bills.

Do you have a link to support that assertion?

And apparently there will be no bids in the current UK auction, as is.

The Tories are really taxing."“Unfortunately, the government has been sending mixed messages to industry about the net zero transition – which could mean we lose out on the cheaper [energy] bills and good jobs that will come from building the industries of the future here in Britain,” he said."

"In last week’s king’s speech, the government announced an energy bill with plans for a new annual system of oil and gas licences, despite the UK’s commitment to net zero targets"

That 'bottomless pit' contrasts to wind turbines who's negative claims are on the whole, proven lies.

"One former UK secretary of state described it as a “bottomless pit of hell, money and despair”, which sucked up so much cash that it drowned out many other projects the economy could otherwise benefit from."

'Hero replied: "Average Energy Costs across Europe UK - €2,960 France & Belgium - €650 Spain - €620 Germany & Denmark - €558 Holland - €546 Austria - €545 Norway - €543 Poland - €174." '

Those costs possibly highlight why '2 million people will be disconnected this winter'
Also is the news is another headline 'England has had 1 new onshore wind turbine in the last 12 months'.

Seems to be that Gernany will be the testing bed for China originated 15MW onshore turbines.
