The deputy leader of Leicestershire County Council has been removed from the role after three months in the job.
Reform UK's Joseph Boam has also been removed from position as cabinet member for adult social care, with a party source saying he would now be taking on an unspecified "new role".
The 22-year-old was one of 25 Reform councillors elected to the authority in May's local elections.

Similar in many ways to 22 years ago round these parts. Knee jerk reactions by the other parties, as they did back then.
In Worcestershire at least the reform candidates were a mixture of opportunist tories like Alan Amos (look him up, he's got quite a history) and an assortment of loons and fruitcakes. So far they've managed to keep a low profile, so compared to Warwickshire and Leicestershire they haven't messed up in obvious ways yet.
I'm pretty sure that Viz's Baxter Basics strip is based on that prick.
