I no longer believe he actually wants reconciliation. If he wanted reconciliation he'd make a few (maybe untrue) press statements like "we may have differences on some points but we are a family and have more binding us together than a few minor issues" then he'd pick up the phone and call his Dad or brother. Of course that wouldn't keep him on the front pages and wouldn't add $$$ to his next book or podcast series.

How can Charles talk to Harry, when there is a track record of private conversations being leaked.
There is no longer any trust.
Any reconciliation needs to be brokered by an independent third party with the strictest privacy processes, and consequences for anyone found to have breached them.

He must have Dad's personal mobile number. Pick up his own personal phone, dial Dad's personal number and nobody between to leak anything 'cos only Harry and Charles are involved and know it happened. Of course he won't get headlines, Netflix TV series, etc. from it.

Charles doesn't have a mobile phone and Harry would have to go through a third party to arrange a call in all likelihood. I hate to big myself up but I do know the mobile phone thing as fact, as I worked for one of his charities for years. He is very old school, handwritten notes/letters, that kind of thing.

Or Willian or Kate or Mrs Charles (whatever her name is) or Andrew or ...

There are ways but Harry seems to need tabloid frontpage and to get that he keeps "I just want my family back even though they did <new horrendous revelation where he plays the saint and they play the devil>".

Most people realise that when you're in a hole, stop digging.

Harry Not-Quite-Windsor is more amusing than Andy York (or is he No-Longer-York?). He's "written" a book; I read a hilarious review about it. Private Eye's occasional series about Chas'n'Cam is funny. I'm not sure the entertainment is worth the millions they cost us, but it's some slight compensation.

Is it safe to say that Harry isn't getting much sympathy from either pro or anti monarchists?
Meanwhile the BBC has apparently failed to meet it's own editorial standards and is once again whipping itself and getting a whipping from the usual suspects

I do feel sorry for the BBC in these situations. They have a standard imposed upon them that is very hard to meet.
How can the Daily Mail moan about editorial standards and failing to challenge certain assumptions.
