The job of the Health Minister (if serving in the tory party) is to bluster, prevaricate, obfuscate, mumble through questions posed by TV/radio presenters throwing meaningless numbers around until they've achieved their number one aim of overthrowing something they tried desperately to murder in the womb so they can privatise it out.

The state of this one! A right picture of health herself.

This seems in the same vein as the government dropping Rees-Moggs' plan to run information campaigns on saving energy (possibly the only good idea Rees-Mogg has had, and possibly will ever have).

The government seem monumentally confused between informing the public and mandating something.

Or they don't give a flying shoot about the public. Take your pick.
