Whether directly involved or behind the scenes conversations, he has certainly steered many conflicts, into cease fighting.

Some maybe fragile situations but none the less have ended.

What conflicts have you ended bleating from the sidelines?

Last time I checked, I wasn't a diplomat, or leader of a country.
But I suggest you go and do some fact checking - Trump categorically has not stopped 6 wars, he is yet again lying.

Oh Trump has his list which a quick Goog;le will show. It includes India v Pakistan, Israel v Iran, a war that hasn't happened in the Balkans, and some in Africa that haven't ended

As much as anything I'd like to know if he can remember them when asked live. I mean, he smashed the ‘Person, woman, man, camera, TV.’ dementia test (according to him), so this should be a doddle.

One aspect I think Trump and the other visiting sycophants have likely got wrong is that for "Security Assurances" Ukraine needs something more than a signature on a bit of paper. They already have such assurances with signatures on paper, assurances from US/UK/Russia, etc. (called the Budapest Memorandum) and they're very aware of how much good that's been as they now watch one of those signatories exert economic coercion on them, failed to support them in the UN and effectively side with Putin.

Some Whitcoff's "Article 5 like" agreement would just be a signature on a bit of paper. Even for NATO full members it's far more than a signature but a belief in those partners, confidence that should the day arrive they won't abandon them. Even European NATO members have recently been questioning if Trump would honour Article 5 and even Trump has been vague when asked (commenting Europe wouldn't come to US aid under Article 5 despite history). Agreements with Trump don't seem worth the paper they're written on and with Trump's readiness to side with Putin I can't see signatures providing Ukraine anything.

Armenia and Azerbaijan: a truce, however fragile

Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC):

India and Pakistan: Pakistan thanked him for his involvement

Thailand and Cambodia:
Trump called both leaders again and fragile situation but nevertheless a cessation of hostility

Israel and Iran: USA directly bombed Irans nuclear facilities

Egypt and Ethiopia. Some dispute his involvement, but unless you are party to behind the scenes talks.

Only lies in your mind. It shows you or I could not be a diplomat.

Don't knock it if hostilities around the world are fewer, because trump is in power

That's a daft one. I remember visiting that area (Preah Vihear). I was only non-military/non-monk there. The "war" isn't resolved, they are just taking a breather. When Thailand had to withdraw from Preah Vihear they couldn't bring themselves to lower their flag there so they left the flag on the pole, dug up the flag pole and carried it to their new border fortifications and put it back in the ground - so from their point of view they never lowered their flag there.

ICJ "resolved" it years ago with an "advisory" decision that Thailand refuses to accept though tends to go along with except when domestic politics requires a "distraction".

As for the others (where there was a real exchanges of fire, have any been resolved. My impression more than they've sort of breather; a pause to rearm.

Officials say UK not prepared to deploy troops to frontline with Russia as head of armed forces prepares to meet US counterparts in Washington
...
Radakin is expected to confirm the UK will provide soldiers to help with logistical support and training, but not deploy them close to Russia.
..
They said ministers envisaged this as meaning logistical and training support rather than sending battalions of frontline troops who could end up in combat.
What sort of a "Security Guarantee" is that - as Russia reinvades and their front line advances UK "assurance forces" will retreat such that they are nowhere near those frontlines. Only "Guarantee" is that UK "Guarantee" will go nowehre near those invaders it is meant to be protecting against.

As much use as the UN when things get real. Posturing and nothing more.

Russia might be all in favour of such "Security Guarantees" - they turn up and the NATO forces run away without even firing any guns or anything. PR for Putin would be brilliant. Lots og Russian domestic TV showing NATO troops running away as soon as Russian forces arrive. Putin couldn't ask for more.
