I see that the US is selling 500 Patriot missiles to Ukraine.
It would be even better if they actually supply the weapons after collecting the money.

But he has this notion that the USA has paid disproportionately into NATO because he hasn't completed Cat in the Hat let alone read a history book. He sees no purpose in NATO when the very thing NATO was formed for is not in his Russian buddies best interest.

Which is why I suggest not handing over the cash. The US is still holding money from various countries for weapons that have not been delivered.
Along with time being a major issue, and warfare tactics rapidly evolving.
