In any place where males can take advantage.

I agree.

Therefore the only solution is to ban all males from all places, presumably including from the marital home.

1 in 3 adults who are raped experience it in their own home.

If you think a man with rape on his mind follows his target and is then deterred by a sign on a toilet door thinking - ''bollocks, foiled again, I'd better keep this stiffy going until they come back out'' - then you need a big rethink.

That's why good dual parenting from a man and woman provide a balance of rules and boundaries to ensure young boys/men grow up to respect girls and women's spaces.

Women then know, through guidance and experience how men should behave. Discarding unsuitable partners in the choice for lifetime relationship

That's your ignorance of the male sexual physiology. A male can get an erection in seconds.

It only takes a brief moment to corner an unsuspecting female.

That's why for hundreds of years have men been barred from women's safe spaces.

Respecting women's spaces is meaningless if boys aren't taught to respect women and girls themselves. Male violence against women and girls doesn’t just happen in designated spaces—it happens in homes, workplaces, and relationships. The issue isn’t ‘keeping men out’ of certain spaces; it’s ensuring that they respect women and girls everywhere.

What you are demonstrating is that the issue is more about you and your attitudes, rather than respecting women and girls.

Your arguments go around protecting words and spaces, not about respecting women and girls. You sound like the patriarchy in action.

Further reminder: where are your sources?

My attitude is to respect women and girls spaces, whether be at home or out in public.

Exactly. And it is exactly my point that you continue to say that you respect women's and girl's spaces. It isn't spaces that need respecting - it's women and girls!

You don't actually respect women and girls, you only respect your own opinions, which demonstrably are about your fixation with trans people.

You repeatedly attack this already persecuted group with the lie that they are a danger to women and girls.

But where is the credible evidence?

Be honest. You don't have credible evidence of physical or sexual violence against women and girls by trans women with a GRC.

This is pure distraction. The evidence is that those who offend against women and girls are in your group - they are cisgender heterosexual males. The second biggest group is cisgender heterosexual females, and obviously they do have access to women's spaces.

How do you propose to filter those women who are a threat to women and girls?

If you continue to say that this lack of respect is due to poor parenting, then it follows that you must be saying that the problem is fathers of sons being very poor role models.

If you believe women’s safety is a priority, then you should be advocating for solutions that actually target the problem rather than deflecting blame.

Still awaiting the credible data from you.

Yeah right persecuted group, they've manufactured the narrative to win support.

The issue must have been serious enough for Scottish government to take it all the way to the Supreme court, got absolutely spanked with a resounding victory for women's rights.

Now to be followed up with stringent guidance and barring males from women's sports , clubs, hospital wards, changing rooms, refuges, etc etc.

I said earlier you would be a diehard trans supporter having one in your family. You will never be able to accept the ideology is dead, only a matter of time before the last remaining few fizzle away 👍

The problem - in terms of women's safety - is men, and no man is magically less a man than any other.

Still awaiting the credible data from you.

You have the data. Transwomen are more likely to be sex offenders than non trans males according to UK prison stats.

You just like to pretend that having a certificate somehow renders the holder harmless to women. At what point does this occur? The moment you apply? When it gets stamped by a civil servant? When it drops through the letterbox?

You make reasonable discussion all but impossible with your tone. You constantly complain if you are name-called. If you want a discussion then we need to rely on the facts. If you refuse to engage with the facts, then you can expect to be called out for it. If you continue with the abuse (thought you don't seem to know that you are doing it!), then you will be replied to in kind.

The facts, following the Supreme Court judgement, trans people are not recognised in their legal gender for the purposes of the Equality Act. Prior to the judgement, the position has been that the Equality Act had been assumed by previous governments, this government, and the EHRC in their guidance, that trans people were catered for in the two categories of protection in the Equality Act. There is a significant departure from previous policies and advice.

Despite the ruling, trans men remain men, and trans women remain women under the GRA. The Supreme Court did not undo this.

Every prisoner is the sex stated on their birth certificate for the purposes of the law. There are 10 prisoners who have an amended birth certificate. The ratio of those 10 prisoners as trans men and trans women is unknown. Their offences are unknown. Their names are protected data, their prison placements are typically protected data.

Therefore the number of trans women with a GRC in prison for committing crimes against women and girls is in the range 0 to 10.

Without further data, it is impossible for us to know the number of trans women who have committed such offences and been committed to prison.

What you are seeking to do is to say that there are many, perhaps hundreds. This is a malicious position. There is no credible evidence that there are any trans women in prison at all for offences against women and girls.

If you know of such evidence, then produce it.

I just hope that my old friend Nikki, who started the transition process nearly 30yrs ago, can continue to live quietly 'under the radar'. She has a good network of supportive friends, male and female, so with luck is mostly insulated from the hysterical anti-trans crap.

Firstly I note that you still have not produced credible evidence for anything you say. There are the usual repeats of your opinion which is clearly not based on facts, but prejudice against trans people, even the families of trans people.

Each time you reference my family, you make a fresh ad hominem attack on me and a member of my family.

Trans people are identified through hate crime data as the most persecuted group of people in the UK. They have not manufactured a narrative. The gender critical movement have manufactured a narrative, and not one based on facts, but on lies.

Every political idea is an ideology, capitalism, socialism, communism, democracy, neo-liberalism, social liberalism, all religious faiths, and yes, fascism.

Ideologies can be intrinsic to the person, or extrinsic. The worst ideologies are those external ones that are imposed on people by others. Those others can include families. When they are expressed in over-sensationalised form as for example you express them, they are indoctrination, a form of child abuse in itself, especially when adherence to the taught ideology is demanded.

If trans people have an ideology it tends to be intrinsic. It is not extrinsic. No person is taught to be trans. The ''groomer'' accusation is a fallacy. Where it can be considered an extrinsic experience, it can be in reaction to their treatment to their presentation being 'other' to the sex. This can be a result of bad parenting, but in the way that you say, but like the case of 'N's experience, where the bullying and abuse she suffered from her own parents almost ended her life.

Unlike externally imposed ideologies—where people are indoctrinated or forced into belief systems—being trans is an intrinsic identity. No one is ‘taught’ to be trans, just as no one is ‘taught’ their innate sense of self."

An intrinsic ideology can never be dead. What you are claiming is that vicious extrinsic ideology has defeated the intrinsic and instinctive nature of people to be crushed by you. This is your desire, but bullying does not stop the ability of people to think for themselves.

People remain the sex stated on their birth certificate before the law. This has not changed.

If you care to read the judgement, you will discover that the Supreme Court said that trans people remain protected under the Equality Act - how you can claim that means that trans ideology is crushed, is an irrational thought.

Your upside down thinking is demonstrated in your claim that the Scottish ministers took the case to the Supreme Court - they didn't! The Scottish ministers were the respondents to a reclaiming motion.

The Supreme Court case was about Scotland’s ability to legislate with regard to its competence to with who may considered a woman with respect to selection to public boards.

This case was not a ruling on trans rights—it was a challenge to Scotland’s ability to determine legal gender recognition. To frame it as a victory against trans people is misleading and politically motivated
