It has been established that if body dysphoric children were left to their own discovery, go through puberty, in the main come to the conclusion they are just gay, not trans.

You would like to split TiMs with certificates and those without when both are just males . They record a far higher incidence of sexual crimes for their population than general males.

You are actively gish galloping. You think that you can just endlessly churn out these myths and inventions faster than they can be debunked.

However it doesn't matter how many times you repeat a myth or an invention, it never comes true.

As stated by me before - ''debating etiquette''. If you make the claims, you have to produce credible evidence, otherwise it deserves to be treated as no more than gish gallop.

I've already debunked one lot of your false claims today. Refusal to back up your claims with credible evidence just make you a bad faith actor. If you are here for discussion then bring the evidence. If not just sit down.

I predict that as your failed to produce credible evidence earlier, you will fail again.

In real everyday terms, women commit more violent acts than transgender people with or without a GRC do every day.

Men. The 'transgender people' born male are men. They offend at the same rate, if not worse, than other men. There is no reason to give them access to women's spaces and services than there is reason to give access to any other man.

If you wish to argue that all spaces and services should be unisex, do so. Otherwise you are simply arguing that some men are special and some aren't, depending on a feeling in their head.

You are just rehashing your old material that is devoid of the facts.

You are creating a circular argument, which by no means is a good faith discussion.

Again I am not arguing for different classes of men as being more special.

I am saying very clearly, that cisgender women are no more special than trans women with a GRC- we all get to pee in the same place.

What, you're saying a male with certificate is the same as a woman?

No they won't be allowed going forward to use the women's toilets

Unisex or males loos for them

For the purposes of the Equality Act they are not. If a facility is designated for women, it has to be for women, otherwise it has to be designated mixed sex. Hopefully service providers will now move to ensure that there is adequate provision for everyone whilst ensuring single sex spaces.

Nope. I think @monkers had forgotten that you find nuance difficult.

Yes they will. There is no legal requirement to be a biological male or female to use a particular toilet. It is convention that people who look female and need to use a cubicle use the ladies and people who look male and have the equipment to use a urinal use the mens toilet.
Many toilets are just toilets.

Service providers will be required to provide single sex facilities when it is appropriate to do so. Of course it's not a criminal offence to use those facilities of the other sex but service providers would be at risk of a claim of indirect discrimination if they were to allow, say, the Women's changing rooms to be mixed sex by giving access to biological males.

Many toilets aren't single use enclosed rooms, many are lines of cubicles open at the top bottom and sides. Perhaps transactivists should have put their efforts into campaigning for enclosed room toilets, but they didn't. That's because it's not about being able to pee, it's about being in women's spaces.

Perhaps women be they cis, be they trans, be they witches should have just asked for better doors?

There is no nuance one is male one is female

Well you could have campaigned for better doors, ie unisex enclosed toilets in addition to single sex facilities, but you didn't. You could have worked towards providing specialist provision for trans identifying men in prisons, rape crisis services, hospital wards and so on, but you didn't. You wanted access to women's spaces and nothing else would do.

Instead of doing anything useful like that you're on here writing cringey, weird stories.

How do you profess to know what I have done and not done - are you some kind of witch?

Actually I fooked up the copying and pasting. I'll have to have a fresh try.

I see you've deleted your pointless fiction. Don't blame you, it was embarrassing.

Hundreds of posts that all come down to one thing: some men are special if they say so. We're all tired of it.

It was incomplete due to my error. I might bother again tomorrow. I'm didn't ask for your opinion of it. However at least it doesn't pretend to be anything other than fiction - unlike your horseshit which embarrasses many women who read that kind of horseshit splattered over the internet everyday.

Today I politely engaged with you point by point. As usual, you had nothing, no evidence to support your outlandish claims. Likewise Andy, both gish galloping away like there's no tomorrow.

Instead you pretend that it's all my fault that toilet doors are not as big as you'd like them to be. Seriously that's one lurid imagination you have there. Apparently I should have read your mind and campaigned for that from my deathbed.
