Except it is an issue for many countries, including Canada, but they are looking at different ways of resolving it. Canada is preferring to leave it to current proposals to strengthen its laws to help solve the image abuse issue.
I am not sure that any country, even the US, thinks it is a non issue, but different countries are dealing with it differently, including a few who want to ban it.

Both Indonesia and Malaysia are now blocking access to Grok because of its sexually explicit content.

I think it's an inevitable conclusion that the only people who genuinely think 'it's a non-issue' are people who are entirely comfortable & unconcerned about the free availability of CSAM. Whether that is because they're 'Free Speech Absolutists' (unless you're saying stuff they don't like), or for, erm, some other reason they're probably not going to be willing to talk about.

What does #1 mean?
Grok is not the most popular or downloaded app in Thailand.
I know it will be a bit of a strain for you, and means reading lots of words, but do the research before swallowing without question the crap that comes out of Musk on X.
