Trump offered negotiations, but also told Iran to expect something else if you didn't agree.

Just as strong as he has been with Putin over Ukraine, who actually has the ability to fight back.

Trump is being played by Netanyahu, Putin and the hawks in the US and fools himself (and the MAGA clowns) that he is the strong and clever one.

He's played by everyone, and is too narcissistic and ignorant to realise. The people using him don't care if he fůcks everything up, as chaos is their aim. All the want to do is break things (ditto Farage in the UK, which is why the incompetent Johnson was such a boon), and they have no interest in the state rebuilding anything, or in rebuilding the state. Destruction is the aim. Big bombs aimed at brown people in far off lands is perfect for them.

I am saddened but not surprised at Trump’s action having been led to it by Netanyahu. When Trump was President first time there was a deal with Iran which seemed to be controlling their activities re nuclear weapons, but that was made by Obama who Trump, and more importantly Netanyahu did not like. Trump cancelled that deal, based on unevidenced assertions by Netanyahu, Iran started backsliding on the deal and we are where we are.
I don’t believe that Iran should have nuclear weapons, nor should Israel for that matter, but they got in early thanks to France’s help and lying to the US, but this situation has been manufactured by Trump and Netanyahu , aided willingly by the Iran regime.
It will not lead to lasting peace in the Middle East, and will lead to terrorist activities, deaths and recriminations in many other nations.
