Someone on the forum should be tasked with pointing out how policy is made without considering that Northern Ireland exists.

Not just Northern Ireland. Sections of the Public Bodies Act which facilitated Cameron's bonfire of the Quangos were drafted by somebody with only a sketchy grasp of the Scottish Devolution settlement.

Has she completely forgotten about the endless strikes that the conservatives presided over, and didn’t ban?

They were even talking about doing it when they were in charge but never did (possibly as all their efforts were focused on Brexit or immigration).
