Thus demonstrating again the insanity of the US Justice system. Ridiculous punitive sentences just cost the taxpayer more. I thought Elon was trying to cut government waste?

(For reference someone in the UK torching a Tesla dealership would probably be looking at a maximum of 8 years (category 1A high value, intention to cause serious damage to property), but more likely 1B (9 months to 3 years).

Well if you privatise the prisons and run them in a way that makes a profit from the free labour of the convicts then creating more long term prisoners becomes a net gain for - someone

Hmm

makes me wonder just how bright those headlights are if you come across one coming down a narrow lane in the countryside

and how much control Tesla Central Command have over the computer systems in an individual car
was that all done as a one off change to the system
or was it downloaded froma central system used to "update" cars and so could be used to change anything and you might not know it has happened

From various reports I have read, Tesla, at least in the US, has a remarkable degree of control over the cars such as; the car's radar, locking people out of their car when its going to be repossessed and denying access to the supercharger network when a car is written off.
Also there were a number of people who were delivered the ridiculous Cybertruck without full self driving, but who had paid for it at order stage. FSD when delivered, would be by a software update at a time of the company's choosing.
I would expect Tesla has a similar amount of control over cars in the UK, but whether there is EU/UK law which restricts what Tesla can change to cars over here because not 'merica, I don't know.

Something nasty in the woodshed
So in your view, MAGAndy, are minor acts of petty vandalism more worthy of severe punishment because they are directed at the fascist God-King's glorious chariots?

Would you wish the same punishment on someone who scratched an 03 plate Nissan Micra?

You're letting the side down Andy. Surely you should be calling for summary execution? I hear you Magats like the death penalty.

Well , I mulled it over, whilst initially sounded very appealing. The speediness didnt fill the satisfaction quota

You wot?
I wonder if that muppet poster @cargobike still has his oft mentioned white Tesla. Still, one can't have a black Tesla these days can one, coz of diversity innat.
