I somehow doubt that an immigrant Muslim (the false accusation against Obama) could become POTUS...
Only people born in the US can become president.
So Pope Leo or Boris Johnson could, but Mamdani is illegible

Another day, another shooting of kids in the USA.
I wonder what the response will be?
Probably not very much because Shreveport has a Republican mayor and Louisiana is a Republican state so there obviously aren't any issues to resolve...

Won't thoughts and prayers do the trick?
From the article...
"This is a tragic situation - maybe the worst tragic situation we've ever had in Shreveport," the mayor added. He asked for prayers for the families and the city.
Palantir's 'mission statement'. You might think it reads more like the drunken ramblings of overconfident undergraduates with no experience of, well, anything, but I couldn't possibly comment.

And once national politicians become aware of the tragedy, arming the victims?Yup, anything stronger than that would be exploiting tragedy for political ends. Best leave the solution to believing in fairies and incanting mumbo jumbo.
Palantir = Cyberdeyne.
(Terminator movie reference for those unacquainted)

More Skynet than Cyberyne I think. But we really have entered into a world where Terminator should be viewed as a cautionary tale, rather than a series of (mostly) excellent films.
When it's a school shooting, remember the marketing opportunities for Kevlar-lined school rucksacks.
