Not that I was in the market for a Tesla anyway, but they seem to be the Evri of car makers. (Side note - US car manufacturers generally don't seem to cover themselves in glory generally.)

Why such a huge jump up to Toyota? All other brands seem to be fairly closely matched.
I admit my old Toyota was very reliable but probably the most boring car I’ve ever owned. And I’ve owned some boring cars.

Repeatability is, i believe, a key factor in quality control.
