it is now very very hard to turn off copilot

They've obviously learnt *something* from how people dealt with Clippy.

But AI can save you the trouble.

AI's great, as it saves me the trouble of actually understanding anything at all! Yay!! 😃

Great question, Michael! How about asking whether they should also be sterilised too, while you're on a roll?

Since a reduction in the human population is a desirable thing, IMHO, reference Climate Change, even assuming the reports are corrects, that is not a negative.
Absolutely. Too many people in the world and it's going to be causing increasing challenges and suffering.

Trouble is all politicians can see is the impact on economies which to me just highlights how our economic systems are unsustainable and not fit for purpose. They should be thinking about how to adjust the economic systems rather than how to get more people thereby making all sorts of other problems much worse.

"interesting"... should we be deporting UK-born citizens? 😉

Always used to be said that a lot of EU citizens working in the UK would work here for a few years then return home. But I suspect Brexit has changed the "then return home" bit as 5 years after returning home their "Settled Status" lapses. So motivating a %age to remain in UK are returning home is a "one way move".
