Who manufactures an inflatable boat that is 25m long?
There can’t be a legitimate reason to own such a boat. It can’t be seaworthy.
You would think it was fairly easy to find out who makes them and make it illegal.

Trafficking people isn't legal. Boats are a lot easier.

According to Google the boats are manufactured in Turkey and China. The seperate parts - the body of the boat, outboard etc are then smuggled across Europe. They are then assembled somewhere quiet along the coast. I imagine that they have a fast self-inflator - probably some sort of compressed gas,

They don't just buy them on Amazon.

There is a lot of French coastline. You just find an unobserved place to set it up, wait until dark and then drive it round to pick up the people.
