Only if you select your measurement points to support your claim. But from the Climate's perspective it's not about manipulated "measured from <dates>" but about what we have and continue to do to the atmosphere and emitting CO2 we don't need to is that's pushing us towards those tipping points as well as the more gradual impacts of the climate damage.

Woodburning has a CO2e of 1.9 ie burn 1 tonne of logs and the emitted equivalent CO2 is 1.9 tonnes (University of Sheffield & UK Gov. figures).

For a tree to reach adequate maturity takes 35 years (again, University of Sheffield Grantham Centre) which takes us beyond the 2050 legally binding Climate Targets.

And we currently have too much carbon in the atmosphere and need to stop releasing more (ie don't burn trees).

Putting more carbon into the atmosphere is going to make an already bad situation worse (and a lot worse and a lot quicker if we hit tipping points).
