Reading the summary of the judgement ( actual judgement is 400 pages long) it seems you've summed it up well. The claimants whilst thet think the paper had used unlawful means were unable to prove that and paper was able to give credible explanations of how they got the material lawfully.
The biggest winners here are the lawyers ( unless they were doing it as no win no fee cases)
