Does anybody here take the Greens seriously?

To answer the OP, I did quite like the Greens and they always get my vote locally, and have in the past nationally after I defected from the Lib Dems after Clegg's abysmal efforts at coalition.

Next time I'm not so sure, as they've done enough to irritate me recently, mainly totally losing track of their ethos.

Which leaves me a bit knackered really. See what Corbyn's new party is about I suppose.

But after a couple of minutes effort I think I have found the 2023 post that supposedly “outs” the current Monkers. Please note that the post clearly states it was written by Monkers’ niece and not Monkers.

That may have been my first ever post on social media. In my defence, I wasn't used to the form or protocols, but my word I was starchy wasn't I. I think I now see why it found attention.

If it's not too late sorry @icowden. We do not always agree on everything, but that's fine because at least I do at least think you honest, and I read your posts with interest.

I'm not sure what's worse, voting Green in the first place or considering Corbyn as having potentially more practicable policies.

I wasn't here in 2023 and I haven't read every single post of the related gender thread. You will see from my response that I allow for the possibility that Monkers is telling the truth but I'm not alone in wondering why she uses a deceased persons account which is also part of the puzzle. Aurora might not have been active on the forum since you made your post above, but when she is we can see whether she refutes what you say and take it from there.

Even I'm allowed a night out now and again, Rusty. I base my assessment of Monkers status on more than just one post. You can read that thread and join the dots or you can spend another 900 pages being mugged off. Even the new profile pic of the supposedly recently bereaved - 'It's your problem now because I'm dead' - is trolling you. The arguments stand on their own merit regardless of who makes them. I'm simply not joining in with the charade.
