It'll either be overturned by the SC on the grounds that the tarrifs themselves have created an economic emergency or someshjt, or the lemmings in Congress will simply put them through legally in exchange for promises of some beautiful manufacturing jobs or someothershjt.

...just adding to the damage already done by all the uncertainty. Businesses will vote with their wallets if there's not even a legal recourse to slow down Trump's illegal vacillating lunacy. It''ll be treated like a rogue state that can't be trusted.

The convicted felon does like to keep the DoJ and the law firms who kissed his ring, busy. Now it is found that withholding Federal funds to New York, because he doesn't like the congestion charge, (and the majority of voters there don't like him), should be blocked.

The case had amusing (for some) undertones, in that the DoJ had previously and by accident, electronically submitted to the public docket, the wrong document to the Court. The document actually submitted set out how crap their case was.
