As I suspected, since Donald Tramp has had his tariffs put on hold by those nasty, judiciary safety restraints ...

Highlights how daft US has become. On ... Reduce ... Paused ... On ... and now Off. Uncertainty for business just makes everything even worse.

And Trump can always get the legislature to do it properly/legally but that will mean time delays and/or appeal which means different delays and business has no idea where it stands. So if off for a bit expect US companies to stock up on imported items which will cost them ...

Underlying message seems US doesn't have a clue what it's doing but seems to like self inflicted damage.

It's an administrative stay, not at least at this stage, an overturning of the lower court's decision.
I understand this is to allow both sides to submit briefs, maybe subsequently oral argument and is not indicative of their final decision.
Coincidentally, a separate Federal court has found the economic powers law is not a law for imposing tariffs.
