Even Ted Cruz seems to have seen an opportunity in calling for moderation.
What is the currency in heaven anyway?
Stupid question. It's the US dollar, obvs.
So it is understandable that people have a go at wealthy people who also happen to be ar*eholes…because they are generally higher profile and more often in the news than poor people who are ar*eholes.
There are many billionaires who do not get the same criticism as Musk and Trump…because they generally do not use their platform for ar*eholery.
Simple concept to understand.
Do you think that that the ageing socialists of CCNCAP would be taking aim at these people if they were just peanuts but not rich?
Then see my point above about envy.
So farmers vote for Trump, get hammered by tariffs, lose shedloads of money, and go to the Whitehouse for state handouts. That's socialism, isn't it?

My point is that they were extremely rich and because of that have a platform that they are keen to use to show what ar*eholes they are. There are over 1000 billionaires in the US and UK and the huge majority of them get no flak on this or any other forum.
If those you named were ar*eholes and poor the people on here would be unlikely to have heard of them
That they are extremely rich might be an additional element to some in their dislike but it is not the cause of that dislike. "Envy" is just a red herring used by people like you and our tame MAGAT to detract from their ar*eholery. Charlie Kirk, JD Vance and Farage were/are nowhere near as rich as the people you named and they were/are also disliked by many for their ar*eholery not their wealth.
Except in your polarised viewpoint it is not just socialists who dislike Trump and Musk, and I am not aware of many socialists on this forum.

Oooh - I know this...Simply pointing out that the reason they get stick is because they are very rich (and clearly well known). There are plenty of peanuts who are well known but not extremely wealth who don't attract the ire of our resident socialists and lefties. Go figure.
